Torah Wisdom for Greater Love and Connection
A Torah scholar in Israel immerses himself daily in the ancient Jewish teachings. He dedicates himself to unraveling the life lessons hidden in the Torah.
Based on his unique exposure to the greatest rabbis of our generation, his own studies, and practical application as a marriage counselor — Rabbi Menahem Hazan developed a system of principles for growing love and connection in marriage.
Couples in Israel are successfully applying these principles. Now you can too!
WELCOME
Routine and burnout — these are the greatest enemies of your significant relationship. Who can say that they have nothing to improve, correct, amplify, and enhance?
Think about it for a moment.
Who doesn’t want true connection and love that stand firm in the face of any adverse situation, wear and tear, and even quarreling? Is this your heart’s desire?
Logic and experience show that the wisdom of the Torah has the power to elevate your marriage to places you never dreamed possible.
This website offers the paradigm of connection according to the wisdom and teachings of our Creator — Who also created marriage. It presents Rabbi Menahem Hazan's growing library of weekly Q&A newsletters, translated from the original Hebrew into English.
You'll find practical responses to real questions from life and answers from the treasury of Torah, relevant and up-to-date for every generation and situation.
New blog posts are added weekly, so be sure to subscribe below and check back every week. You're welcome to submit your own questions and comments to Rabbi Hazan on the Let's Connect page. You can also request a free discovery call to see if working with a marriage counselor is right for you.
Many blessings! Enjoy!
About This Project
Wisdom. Guidance. Connection.
This project began with a Torah scholar living in Israel who immerses himself daily in the ancient Jewish teachings. He dedicates himself to unraveling the real life lessons embedded in the Torah. He also binds himself to modern-day Torah authorities and learns from them.
Based on his unique exposure to the greatest rabbis of our generation, his own studies, and practical application in his practice as a marriage counselor—Rabbi Menahem Hazan fleshed out a system of principles for growing love and connection in marriage. He began guiding couples in the application of the principles and saw the changes for the better they effected right before his eyes. By teaching couples the principles on which true love and connection can flourish, those even on the brink of divorce began reversing the painful downward spiral.
Rabbi Hazan started gaining followers among Hebrew speakers for his unique approach as a marriage counselor. In addition to private counseling sessions, he currently publishes two weekly newsletters. One newsletter presents his thoughts on the Torah portion of the week; the other provides responses to questions he is asked regarding relationships. His responses are remarkably practical and refreshing in their perspective. Best of all, they work. There is one "problem": they're all in Hebrew.
I couldn't help but ask, what about the rest of the world? Don't non-Hebrew speakers deserve to access his system of principles for greater love and connection? As an experienced Hebrew-to-English translator, I realized I had a mission to accomplish, a project staring me in the face: to translate Rabbi Hazan's weekly Q&A into English and post it on the Internet. Thus was born this modest but important project, the "Ask the Rabbi About Relationships" website. I am just the translator and website creator. The content comes from the mind of Rabbi Hazan. My job is to keep up with his output. Wish me well.
You too can make a difference! Submit your questions to Rabbi Hazan on the Let's Connect page. He may not be able to address them all, but he will try to respond to questions with relevance to the greatest number of people.
My prayer—which I know is shared by Rabbi Hazan—is that the Torah wisdom found in his teachings helps you grow your significant relationship into an everlasting fountain of love.
